Phase 2 : Design Development

2.1 Preparation of layouts show up space capacities and distribute programming
2.2 Proposal initial material finish, colour matching and illustrate image overall design conceptual transform perspective rendering
2.3 Obtain technical specification from relevant consultants and supplies, and consolidate all those information for design development and construction
2.4 Design concept will present with analyzed information and images for Client approval

Phase 3 : Construction Documentation

3.1 Regarding final design content to issue detail itemize quotation and to negotiate finalize contract
3.2 Finalizing design information to produce all relevant construction drawings and documents
3.3 Submit all relevant drawings, material sample and documents for Client approval
3.4 Co-operate with Client, specific vendors and Building’s Nominated contractors to consolidation master construction programme

Phase 4 : Project Construction

4.1 Programmed site visit and to monitor overall project phases in timely
4.2 Review and inspect to all workmanship, materials and installation for conformance with critical client decisions and design intent and correct and approve as need
4.3 Pre-inspection with Client prior to occupancy and issue defect list
